Help AG is looking for a dynamic and innovative Strategic Vendor Manager (KSA), who will drive the commercial and strategic value of our most critical technology partnerships within the Kingdom. This role is accountable for aligning vendor strategy with market expansion priorities, strengthening local ecosystem engagement, and ensuring that partnerships translate into measurable revenue growth, margin optimization, and differentiated service offerings. The position operates at the intersection of commercial performance, portfolio strategy, and executive stakeholder alignment across KSA and Group structures.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute vendor strategies aligned to KSA market growth objectives and national digital transformation priorities.

  • Own and negotiate vendor contribution, margin optimization, rebate structures, and commercial frameworks for assigned strategic vendors.

  • Act as the primary executive interface between vendors and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with clear growth, profitability, and pipeline targets.

  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing models, incentive programs, MDF allocation, and long-term strategic agreements.

  • Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews focused on revenue performance, market penetration, competitive positioning, and execution risks.

  • Identify service adjacencies and solution gaps, recommending enhancements that strengthen managed services and cybersecurity offerings.

  • Ensure alignment between vendor roadmaps and internal service development plans, particularly for in country and sovereign requirements.

  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual, operational, and financial KPIs, implementing corrective measures where required.

  • Lead risk assessments covering commercial exposure, supply resilience, regulatory alignment, and business continuity.

  • Support enablement initiatives to increase vendor adoption, attach rates, and cross-BU penetration.

Qualification and Skills

  • University Degree related to Business Administration, IT, Information Security or similar work experience.

  • Minimum of 5yrs working experience in the vendor channel space.

  • Strong channel/relationship management experience.

  • Fundamental understanding of Cyber security basic and modern concepts related to firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, endpoints, data leakage prevention, proxies, CASB, SASE, virtualized security functions, data security, security operations tools, GRC and user education/ user security.

  • Team Leadership experience.

  • Outstanding professional communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong negotiation capabilities.

  • Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills.

  • Being able to understand complex business processes and activities.

  • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements.

  • Ability to manage vendor expectations and/or escalations from stakeholders within Help AG.

  • Working experience in dealing with complex situations especially pertaining to managing multiple vendors overlapping or conflicting expectations in HELP AG Groups business.
