Job description
Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior IAM & PAM Engineer who will focus on strengthening identity governance, privileged access security, and authentication frameworks across enterprise environments. The position involves designing, implementing, and optimizing IAM and PAM solutions using SailPoint and leading PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea. Core responsibilities include enhancing access controls, securing privileged identities, integrating MFA/SSO mechanisms, and ensuring robust directory service operations. Additional advantage is experience with NGFW and F5 technologies for broader security alignment.

Responsibilities
Act as SME for IAM/PAM platforms.
Design and implement identity lifecycle workflows and governance controls.
Deploy and maintain PAM vaults, session management, credential rotation.
Integrate applications with IAM and SSO platforms.
Conduct periodic access reviews and resolve entitlement violations.
Troubleshoot IAM and PAM operational issues.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as CyberArk Defender/Sentry, SailPoint certifications, or CompTIA Security+.
Familiarity with NGFW platforms (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and F5 technologies.
Strong experience with enterprise IAM and PAM environments.
Hands-on with onboarding apps and systems into PAM/IAM.
Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements for identity and access management.
Expertise in defining and enforcing access policies, privileged account workflows, and role-based access controls.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in regulated environments with strong compliance and reporting requirements.
