Help AG Is looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant – Hyperscalers who will be responsible to create success with Hyperscalers. This role demands continuous evangelization on Help AG’s focus with Hyperscalers, esp. with Microsoft to start with. This role holds the crucial responsibility of spearheading all engagement activities esp. in the Threat Management, Cloud Security and Purview suite for Microsoft in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This role necessitates seamless cooperation with various teams within Help AG and entails the establishment and management of strong relationships with Help AG's strategic Hyperscale partner. Moreover, it requires a strong commitment to align with our business direction, needs, and objectives such Google Security and AWS Security etc. The Security Consultant - Hyperscalers will play a critical role in ensuring the security of client environments by designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions with a focus on Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure Cloud, GCP, AWS, and Office 365. and will primarily involve the administration, maintenance, and integration of Microsoft Azure Sentinel, M365, and Intune for security operations.


This role is based out in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be the Delivery SME for MS Azure Sentinel, Sentinel UEBA, Defender, Logic Apps, Defender for Cloud Apps, M365 Defender Suite, Azure Security Suite, Purview & Intune for security operations technical engineering, assessment, and recommendations in the areas of real-time security, operational network & identity management system, and applications systems security. This role will have ownership of various aspects related to the advancement of existing and new initiatives with our Hyperscalers partner. This role plays a pivotal part in elevating Help AG's business objectives to the next level. It demands a creative and enthusiastic mindset, thinking outside the box, and a can-do attitude to ensure the successful realization of these objectives.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Be part of MS Delivery Practice inside Help AG and be instrumental to lead the engagement in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams on strategy, RFP submissions and service delivery (workshops and projects).
  • Work collaboratively with the hyperscalers department head to drive portfolio development & create recurring services and standardized offerings in line with Help AG Service led business transformation.
  • Perform the role of hyperscalers security consultant for the threat management & cloud security suite between Microsoft, Google & internal stakeholders, in collaboration with other team members in the hyperscalers unit.
  • Enhance the service delivery capability by identifying and prioritizing automation & integration with existing Help AG service delivery platforms & teams.
  • Handle delivery of projects, workshops, assessments, and other professional services.
  • Drive proactive business development by engaging with customers in sync with hyperscalers department head.
  • Create, follow up, and close projects through early engagement with clients, vendor partners, and Help AG BDMs. Ensure delivery target is met on or before time.
  • Work closely with hyperscalers department head to plan a periodic update on pipeline, delivery of projects/workshops and to discuss any issues or challenges.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree: Typically, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Various Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • Additional relevant certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), etc.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
