Job description
Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Resident Resource Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of resident cybersecurity professionals deployed at client sites. This role involves understanding client requirements, headhunting and recruiting suitable candidates, managing screening and onboarding, handling commercial and contractual matters, and ensuring the continuous career development of deployed resources. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and retention in alignment with business needs.
Job requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding resident staffing needs.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather and validate manpower requirements.
Translate client expectations into clear, actionable job profiles and sourcing criteria.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Execute targeted headhunting campaigns to attract top-tier cybersecurity and IT professionals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams or external agencies to identify and shortlist candidates.
Lead candidate screening, technical assessments, and interview coordination.
Contract & Commercial Management:
Draft and negotiate commercial proposals and contract terms with clients and candidates.
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to finalize service agreements and employment contracts.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all contractual matters.
Onboarding & Deployment:
Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, access provisioning, and orientation.
Ensure seamless deployment of resources to client locations with minimal operational disruption.
Serve as the go-to escalation point for any onboarding or deployment issues.
Resident Lifecycle Management:
Monitor the performance, satisfaction, and engagement of deployed residents.
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with both clients and residents.
Identify career development needs and propose upskilling or progression plans.
Reporting & Governance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all resident deployments.
Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, resource utilization, and contract renewals.
Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Cybersecurity or a related field.
Professional certifications in HR, talent acquisition, or project management are a plus.
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or resource management, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity domain.
Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and resource deployments/hiring.
Proficient in using ATS, HRMS, and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of KSA labor laws and employment practices is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of contractual and commercial negotiation in a B2B services environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
