Help AG is looking for a highly skilled OT Senior Solution Architect to play a key role in discovering opportunities, positioning Help AG’s OT security solutions to customers and prospects, and driving technical excellence across proposals, RFP responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). This role bridges pre-sales consulting, technical solution design, and customer success, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in OT security technologies such as Claroty, Nozomi, data diodes, and OT SOC tools, along with experience in Oil & Gas, industrial environments, and compliance standards such as IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to position OT cybersecurity solutions to customers and prospects.

  • Lead the technical aspects of proposals, RFP responses, and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.

  • Ensure customer success during and post-implementation by aligning closely with delivery teams and providing architecture-level guidance.

  • Discover and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Help AG’s OT/IT and managed security services.

  • Provide consulting support, including technical presentations, solution workshops, and customer advisory.

  • Assist organizations with OT security assessments based on recognized standards (IEC 62443, NIST, etc.).

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OT cybersecurity, contributing to thought leadership and best practices in the field.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, solution architecture, or security engineering.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges, strategies, and OT/IT integration.

  • Experience with OT cybersecurity technologies, including:

    • Claroty

    • Nozomi

    • Data Diodes (vendor experience preferred)

    • OT SOC tools and technologies

    • OPSWAT or cross-domain solutions

  • Background in Oil & Gas, utilities, or other critical infrastructure sectors.

  • OT-specific certifications (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with OT security assessments and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, UAE IA standards, etc.).

  • Solid consulting skills with both technical and commercial acumen.

  • Prior experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles is desired.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Excellent technical documentation/report writing skills.

  • Team-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable work approach.

  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).

  • Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an Opportunity.

  • Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.

  • Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy to understand way.

  • Solid business acumen.

  • Excellent report/technical documentation writing skills.
