Job requirements

Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead content creation across various platforms, ensuring alignment with industry trends and business goals.
  • Manage the company's website, social media profiles, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to support lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee the production of customer case studies, press releases, and media features.
  • Supervise and coordinate with vendors, group companies, and team members to ensure seamless marketing operations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in cybersecurity, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Responsible for employing strategic thinking to prioritize impactful outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and measurable results.
  • Manage people, including team members, vendors, and cross-functional groups, to achieve marketing goals.


Qualifications & Skill:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing and communications role, with a focus on digital and content marketing.
  • Experience in or understanding of the cybersecurity sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing press releases, media features, and crafting compelling case studies.
  • Successfully led and mentored a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment while achieving exceptional results in marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with business development teams and managing partner relations.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of video editing, storyboarding, and digital content creation.
  • Bilingual abilities (a plus).
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google AdWords, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on impeccable grammar.
  • Creativity in storytelling and content creation, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, focusing on achieving impactful outcomes rather than solely on outputs.
  • Proficiency in vendor marketing and experience working with analysts.
  • Ability to manage financial aspects and logistics of marketing projects.
