Job description

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced HR Executive – Resident Resources who will take the responsibility of coordinating for resources that are provided by Help AG to customers to join as part of their organization’s cybersecurity team, for a contractual period. The HR Executive - Resident Resources takes part in the entire resourcing lifecycle, starting with requirements alignment with customer, recruiting, onboarding, contracts, commercials, HR operation and administration until offboarding or re-integration.

Responsibilities


  • Day to day coordination with resources on various operational related activities.
  • Facilitate and execute the entire lifecycle of resident resourcing (head hunting, selection, pre-boarding, onboarding, performance improvement plans and offboarding).
  • Manage and update employee leave records in the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of all leaves (sick, annual, and other absences).
  • Oversee the monthly billing process for outsourced resources, ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of invoices.
  • Manage and verify overtime and expense submissions from employees, ensuring all claims are compliant with company policies and properly documented.
  • Facilitate the participation of resources in company events and activities, encouraging employee involvement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment on resident resource and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on leave balances, resource billing, and expenses for internal and customer use.
  • Coordinate security clearances and other onboarding pre-requisites gathering.
  • Monitor the onboarding of resources, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan travel and accommodation, orientation, email ID and IT asset assignment and customer-site deployment.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of resident resources, including (but not limited to) contact details, compensation, project numbers, appraisal history, etc. (including any special considerations or arrangements).
  • Coordination of resident resource contracts (SOW, CRs & Performance).
  • Collecting timesheets from resources deployed at various customer sites.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in human resource/ business administration / information systems / computer engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • Preferably Saudi National, with native Arabic language and proficiency in English.
  • Customer and team-focused attitude.
  • Active listener, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the KSA Labor Laws, Immigration, procedures, and limitations.
  • Expert skills in the use of productivity tools such as Office 365, ITSM, HRMS Systems, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the PMI Project Management Framework would be good to have.
  • Significant experience of stakeholder and communication management.
  • People-management & conflict-management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to influence and manage customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Flexible work approach should be willing to work extra hours based on the job requirements.
