Job description
The HR Intern will work closely with the People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The role provides exposure to various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and reporting. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their HR knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Job requirements
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding activities, including preparing employee documents and coordinating onboarding requirements
Help prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and other employee-related correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining HR data.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Intermediate to strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
