Compliance Manager

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Compliance Manager who will be responsible for keeping the company in full compliance and accountable regarding internal company policies, group policies, regulatory policies, statutory requirements, legal requirements, ethical standards, and industry rules. The Compliance Manager will be looking after all entities of Help AG and will apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for various departments. They will interact with external and group auditors on various matters, including internal controls, and do any GAP analysis on best practices and make sure that there is a robust risk and compliance framework in the organization. The Compliance Manager will plan, implement, and maintain audit plans and activities for compliance. They will oversee and evaluate internal, financial and operational control systems, analyze, report findings and recommended actions, in addition to identifying areas of risk.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
• Create sound internal controls in line with international standards, such as COSO Framework and ISACA, and monitor adherence to them.
• Draft and revise company policies.
• Prepare internal audit timetable, schedules, and comprehensive audit program.
• Proactively work on audit processes, policies, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses and non-conformities across the company.
• Discuss and report findings of non-conformities from the audit and suggest recommendations.
• Collaborate with external and group auditors and internal stakeholders when needed.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
• Educate and train employees on internal policies, regulations, contractual, and legal requirements.
• Address employee concerns or questions on various aspects of compliance.
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Full professional qualification (CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing audit reports.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding Organizational Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Active listener; Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
